Skilltrade Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Skilltrade Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius. By registering, purchasing, or using our challenges or funded programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to participate in Skilltrade challenges or funded accounts.
3. Evaluation Challenges
Skilltrade provides simulated trading evaluations including One-Step, Two-Step, and Rapid Challenges. These evaluations test your ability to trade consistently and responsibly before qualifying for a funded account.
- One-Step & Two-Step: Profit targets must be achieved with a minimum of 5 trading days.
- Rapid Challenge: No minimum trading day requirement.
4. Risk Management Rules
- Daily drawdown and overall drawdown limits must always be respected.
- Trading with unauthorized methods (e.g., high-frequency bots, copy trading, arbitrage, or prohibited strategies) may result in termination.
- All positions must be closed before market close on Friday unless otherwise permitted.
5. Platforms
Skilltrade supports trading on cTrader and TradeLocker. By using these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms and policies.
6. Funded Accounts
Upon successful completion of an evaluation challenge, traders may be offered a funded account under the Skilltrade program. These accounts are simulated accounts, and payouts are based on performance in the simulated environment.
7. Scaling Program
Traders who demonstrate consistent profitability may qualify for account scaling as per Skilltrade’s scaling program, allowing access to increased capital allocations.
8. Payouts
Payouts are processed according to Skilltrade’s payout schedule and methods. All traders must successfully pass KYC verification before receiving any payout.
9. Fees
Challenge participation fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by Mauritian consumer protection law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Skilltrade Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Skilltrade provides simulated trading environments. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or reliance you place on the use of our services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant trading behavior.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mauritius.
14. Updates
Skilltrade may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an effective date.
